An online specialist healthcare store called Shop for Less approached us with the vision of becoming an online healthcare market leader. Their love of people and mission to improve customers’ lives set them apart from everyone else. They wanted a new name and brand that lived up to their vision and communicated why they were different.

The initial challenge was finding a name – we landed on ‘Livewell’ which instantly resonated with the marketing team. We created a logo made up of heart symbols connected to create the universal cross symbol for health. Our design team developed a warm colour pallet echoing the business’s caring and compassionate ways, while the approachable typography is instantly reassuring. We curated a selection of lifestyle photography, humanising and softening the brand’s overall feel.

The Northlight design team helped us define and communicate our brand, giving our business a new, more accurate direction to our identity. The identity is the foundation we needed to make significant market gains and supports our customer-focused approach to healthcare.
