This remarkable hospice and charity wanted to inspire empathy and impassioned support in the Huddersfield community. Unfortunately, they had no strategy or any consistent messaging. The key to unlocking the brand was their endless list of heartfelt stories. People needed to hear the families’ experiences and the phenomenal work done to help them.

Working with their Head of Marketing, we unveiled a visual identity that was honest and accessible. It used real photography of the families affected, along with one neutral colour and a simple typographical style. Nothing to detract from the emotions of the people pictured.
The #makeamoment campaign was seen all over town via outdoor media and a full-on train station takeover. It was their most successful campaign ever, and has given the Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice a stronger voice both locally and regionally.
